स चाभिषिक्तः क्षणदाचरैस्तदा निवेशयामास पुरीं दशाननः । निकामपूर्णा च बभूव सा पुरी निशाचरैर्नीलबलाहकोपमैः ॥ 7-11-51 ॥
And Dashanana, having been thus consecrated, then peopled the city with the rakshasas; and that city became filled to its heart's content with the night-rovers, who resembled dark rain-clouds.

धनेश्वरस्त्वथ पितृवाक्यगौरवान्न्यवेशयच्छशिविमले गिरौ पुरीम् । स्वलङ्कृतैर्भवनवरैर्विभूषितां पुरन्दरस्वेव तदा ऽमरावतीम् ॥ 7-11-52 ॥
Then the Lord of Wealth (Kubera), out of regard for his father's command, established his city upon the mountain spotless as the moon, adorned with excellent and well-decorated mansions, just as Indra in those days established Amaravati.
