स त्वं वित्रास्यमानासु प्रजासु जगतां वर । रावणस्य वधाकाङ्क्षी मानुषेषु मनो ऽदधाः ॥ 7-104-11 ॥
O best of all the worlds, when living creatures were being terrified, you, desiring the slaying of Ravana, set your mind upon birth among men.
english translation
दश वर्षसहस्राणि दश वर्षशतानि च । कृत्वा वासस्य नियतिं स्वयमेवात्मना पुरा ॥ 7-104-12 ॥
Of old, you yourself by your own will fixed the term of your dwelling here at ten thousand years and a further thousand years.
english translation
स त्वं मनोमयः पुत्रः पूर्णायुर्मानुषेष्विह । कालो ऽयं ते नरश्रेष्ठ समीपमुपवर्तितुम् ॥ 7-104-13 ॥
You, that mind-born son, have here among men reached the fullness of your lifespan; this, O best of men, is the time for you to draw near to us.
english translation
यदि भूयो महाराज प्रजा इच्छस्युपासितुम् । वस वा वीर भद्रं त एवमाह पितामहः ॥ 7-104-14 ॥
If, O great king, the people wish to serve you yet longer, then dwell on here, O hero, and may it be well with you. Thus spoke the Grandfather.

अथ वा विजिगीषा ते सुरलोकाय राघव । सनाथा विष्णुना देवा भवन्तु विगतज्वराः ॥ 7-104-15 ॥
Or else, O Raghava, if you have the desire to conquer the realm of the gods, then let the gods, having Vishnu as their protector, become free from affliction.
