अनेनैव क्रमेणैव पातनं स्यादधोमुखम् । भ्रुवोर्मूलसमुत्क्षेपात् भ्रुकुटी परिकीर्तिता ॥ १२१॥
Pātana (lowering)—lowering of eyebrows simultaneously or one by one. Bhrukuṭī (knitting)—raising the root of the eyebrows.
english translation
anenaiva krameNaiva pAtanaM syAdadhomukham । bhruvormUlasamutkSepAt bhrukuTI parikIrtitA ॥ 121॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptचतुरं किऽचिदुच्छ्वासान्मधुरायतया भ्रुवोः । एकस्या उभयोर्वापि मृदुभङ्गस्तु कुञ्चितम् ॥ १२२॥
Catura (clever)—slightly moving and excending (?) the eyebrows in a pleasing manner. Kuñcita (contracted)—slightly bending of eyebrows one by one or the both at once.

caturaM ki'ciducchvAsAnmadhurAyatayA bhruvoH । ekasyA ubhayorvApi mRdubhaGgastu kuJcitam ॥ 122॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएकस्या एव ललितादुत्क्षेपाद्रेचितं भ्रुवः । सहजातं तु सहजं कर्म स्वाभाविकं स्मृतम् ॥ १२३॥
Recita (moving)—raising of one of the eyebrows in an amorous way. Sahaja (natural)—the position which the eyebrows maintain by nature.

ekasyA eva lalitAdutkSepAdrecitaM bhruvaH । sahajAtaM tu sahajaM karma svAbhAvikaM smRtam ॥ 123॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअथैषां सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि रसभावप्रयोजनम् । कोपे वितर्के हेलायां लीलादौ सहजे तथा ॥ १२४॥
Now I shall tell you about the purpose of the sentiments and emotions in these (acts), in anger, in doubt, in playfulness, in sport and the like, and in the natural (state).

athaiSAM sampravakSyAmi rasabhAvaprayojanam । kope vitarke helAyAM lIlAdau sahaje tathA ॥ 124॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptश्रवणे दर्शने चैव भ्रुवमेकां समुत्क्षिपेत् । उत्क्षेपो विस्मये हर्षे रोषे चैअव द्वयोरपि ॥ १२५॥
Utkṣepa —in anger, deliberation, passion, sportiveness, in seeing and hearing only one eyebrow is raised, and in surprise, joy and violent anger both the eyebrows are raised up.

zravaNe darzane caiva bhruvamekAM samutkSipet । utkSepo vismaye harSe roSe caiava dvayorapi ॥ 125॥
