Natyashastra
दिव्ये दिव्याश्रयो भूत्वा मानुषे मानुषाश्रयः । दिव्यमानुषसंयोगे दिव्यो वा मानुषोऽपि वा ॥ १६७॥
Being divine, he is the support of the divine; being human, he is the support of the human; in the union of the divine and the human, he is either divine or human.
english translation
divye divyAzrayo bhUtvA mAnuSe mAnuSAzrayaH । divyamAnuSasaMyoge divyo vA mAnuSo'pi vA ॥ 167॥
