कटिजानुविवर्ताच्च भुजङ्गत्रासितं भवेत् । कुञ्चितं पादमुत्क्षिप्य जनुस्तनसमं न्यसेत् ॥ ८५॥

sanskrit

Bhujaṅgatrāsita—the Kuñcita feet to be thrown up, the thighs to have an oblique Nivartana (Nivṛtta) movement, the hip and the thigh also to have the same movement.

english translation

kaTijAnuvivartAcca bhujaGgatrAsitaM bhavet । kuJcitaM pAdamutkSipya janustanasamaM nyaset ॥ 85॥
