द्वे नृत्तकरणे चैव भवतो नृत्तमातृका । द्वाभ्यां त्रिभिश्चतुर्भिर्वाप्यङ्गहारस्तु मातृभिः ॥ ३१॥
"There are two types of dance movements that form the foundation of dance. Using two, three, or four of these foundational movements, an Angahara (dance sequence) is formed."
english translation
dve nRttakaraNe caiva bhavato nRttamAtRkA । dvAbhyAM tribhizcaturbhirvApyaGgahArastu mAtRbhiH ॥ 31॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptत्रिभिः कलापकं चैव चतुर्भिः षण्डकं भवेत् । पञ्चैव करणानि स्युः सङ्घातक इति स्मृतः ॥ ३२॥
By combining three movements, a Kalapaka is formed, while four create a Shandaka. Five movements together are known as a Sanghataka.

tribhiH kalApakaM caiva caturbhiH SaNDakaM bhavet । paJcaiva karaNAni syuH saGghAtaka iti smRtaH ॥ 32॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptषड्भिर्वा सप्तभिर्वापि अष्टभिर्नवभिस्तथा । करणैरिह संयुक्ता अङ्गहाराः प्रकीर्ताः ॥ ३३॥
When combined with six, seven, eight, or nine movements, they are recognized as Angaharas.
