बाह्यभ्रमरकं कुर्यादुरोमण्डलमेव च । नितम्बं करिहस्तं च कटिच्छिन्नं तथैव च ॥ १९६॥
One should perform the outer bee gesture, the chest circle, the hip gesture, the elephant's trunk, and the waist-cut.

bAhyabhramarakaM kuryAduromaNDalameva ca । nitambaM karihastaM ca kaTicchinnaM tathaiva ca ॥ 196॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमत्ताक्रीडो भवेदेष ह्यङ्गहारो हरप्रियः । रेचितं हस्तपादं च कृत्वा वृश्चिकमेव च ॥ १९७॥
This is the play of the intoxicated one, beloved of Hara. Having raised the hand and foot, one should perform the scorpion-like gesture.

mattAkrIDo bhavedeSa hyaGgahAro harapriyaH । recitaM hastapAdaM ca kRtvA vRzcikameva ca ॥ 197॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपुनस्तेनैव योगेन वृश्चिकं सम्प्रयोजयेत् । निकुट्टकं तथा चैव सव्यासव्यकृतं क्रमात् ॥१९८॥
Again, using the same technique, one should perform the scorpion gesture, as well as the nikuttaka, alternating in a clockwise and counterclockwise sequence.

punastenaiva yogena vRzcikaM samprayojayet । nikuTTakaM tathA caiva savyAsavyakRtaM kramAt ॥198॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलताख्यः सकटिच्छेदो भवेत्स्वस्तिकरेचिते । पार्श्वे तु स्वस्तिकं बद्ध्वा कार्यं त्वथ निकुट्टकम् ॥ १९९॥
The vine-like cutting of the hips occurs in the raised Svastika. Having bound the Svastika on the side, then the Nikuttaka should be performed.

latAkhyaH sakaTicchedo bhavetsvastikarecite । pArzve tu svastikaM baddhvA kAryaM tvatha nikuTTakam ॥ 199॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptद्वितीयस्य च पार्श्वस्य विधिः स्याद्यमेव हि । ततश्च करमावर्त्य ह्यूरूपृष्ठे निपातयेत् ॥ २००॥
