बाह्यभ्रमरकं कुर्यादुरोमण्डलमेव च । नितम्बं करिहस्तं च कटिच्छिन्नं तथैव च ॥ १९६॥
One should perform the outer bee gesture, the chest circle, the hip gesture, the elephant's trunk, and the waist-cut.
