इष्टकादारुभिः कार्यं प्रेक्षकाणां निवेशनम् । हस्तप्रमाणैरुत्सेधैर्भूमिभागसमुत्थितैः ॥ ९१॥

The placement of the spectators should be done with bricks and wood, according to the measurements of the hand (hastapramāṇas) and the lifting methods (utsēdhas), arranged on the raised part of the ground (bhūmibhāga).
