The theater should be established on auspicious land, and its construction must follow the guidelines outlined earlier. The characteristics and auspicious elements must be included according to the prescribed rituals and specifications.
In the case of the misaligned parts, they should be corrected and adjusted. If they are of four sides, they should be aligned properly. Divide them with a thread after making the necessary adjustments to ensure symmetry.
From the outside, the wall should be constructed with strong and well-fixed beams. Inside, it should be arranged such that the stage is situated on top of the platform, ensuring its proper placement and stability.
Ten practitioners are capable of supporting the pillars for the construction of the pavilion. Additionally, the outer sides of the pillars should form a stair-like platform (sopāna) for added stability.
