परिच्छ(च्छे)दविशेषस्तु तेषां मानुषलोकवत् । सर्वे भावाश्च दिव्यानां कार्या मानुषसंश्रयाः ॥ ३४॥
The special divisions (or sections) of these regions are similar to those of the human world. All the attributes of the divine beings are to be carried out through human means and dependence.

pariccha(cche)davizeSastu teSAM mAnuSalokavat । sarve bhAvAzca divyAnAM kAryA mAnuSasaMzrayAH ॥ 34॥
