नीले तु वैडूर्यमये सिद्धा ब्रह्मर्षयस्तथा । दैत्यानां दानवानाञ्च श्वेतपर्वत इष्यते ॥ ३१॥
The sages, who are accomplished and resemble sapphire, are also associated with the blue mountain. The demons and daityas are said to reside in the white mountain.
english translation
nIle tu vaiDUryamaye siddhA brahmarSayastathA । daityAnAM dAnavAnAJca zvetaparvata iSyate ॥ 31॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपितरश्चापि विज्ञेया शृङ्गवन्तं समाश्रिताः । इत्येते पर्वताः श्रेष्ठा दिव्यावासाः प्रकीर्तिताः ॥ ३२॥
The ancestors, who are also considered to reside in the sacred peaks, are to be understood as dwelling in these mountains. Thus, these prominent mountains are declared to be divine abodes.

pitarazcApi vijJeyA zaRGgavantaM samAzritAH । ityete parvatAH zreSThA divyAvAsAH prakIrtitAH ॥ 32॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतेषां कक्ष्याविभागश्च जम्बूद्वीपे भवेदयम् । तेषां न चेष्टितं कार्यं स्वैः स्वैः कर्मपराक्रमैः ॥ ३३॥
The division of their regions is as described in the Jambudvīpa. In these regions, the actions and deeds are not to be performed by them through their own individual powers and efforts.

teSAM kakSyAvibhAgazca jambUdvIpe bhavedayam । teSAM na ceSTitaM kAryaM svaiH svaiH karmaparAkramaiH ॥ 33॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपरिच्छ(च्छे)दविशेषस्तु तेषां मानुषलोकवत् । सर्वे भावाश्च दिव्यानां कार्या मानुषसंश्रयाः ॥ ३४॥
The special divisions (or sections) of these regions are similar to those of the human world. All the attributes of the divine beings are to be carried out through human means and dependence.

The state of stillness or immobility (unblinking) that exists within them is to be carried out by the practitioners. Here, emotions and sentiments, as well as their expressions, are clearly established and observed.
