पादयोरनुगौ हस्तौ नित्यं कार्यौ प्रयोक्तृभिः । उत्क्षिप्य हस्तं पातेन पादयोश्च विपर्ययात् ॥ ४४॥

The hands should always follow the movements of the feet, Raising the hand as the foot is lifted, and lowering the hand as the foot is placed down, in opposite coordination.

english translation

pAdayoranugau hastau nityaM kAryau prayoktRbhiH । utkSipya hastaM pAtena pAdayozca viparyayAt ॥ 44॥
