पार्श्वक्रान्तं पुनश्चाद्यं सूचीविद्धे तु मण्डले । आद्यस्तु जनितो भूत्वा स च दण्डक्रमो भवेत् ॥ २१॥
The Pārśvakrānta (sideward movement) should again be the first in the Sūcīviddha Maṇḍala. The initial movement should begin with the Janita (originating movement) and transition into the Daṇḍakrama (staff-like progression).
The left Sūcī movement should be performed again, with a rotation of the Trika. The right movement should be Udvṛtta, and the left one should be Alāta.
The movement should begin with the Pārśvakrānta and then return to Ādya, followed by the Bhujanga-Trāsita. Next, perform the Atikrānta with the left and the Daṇḍapāda with the right.
In the Maṇḍala, execute the left Sūcī, followed by the Trika turn, and then perform the Daṇḍapāda. Begin with the Ādya posture, incorporating the Nikuttaka movement.
