First, perform the Janita movement, followed by the Nikutṭaka with the same foot. Then, the Aspandita movement should be done with the left foot, and the Pārśvakrānta (sideward movement) to the right should follow.
The left foot should perform the Sūcīpadam (needle-like movement), followed by the Apakrānta (sideward movement) to the right. Then, the Bhujangatrāsita (serpent-like) movement should be executed with the left foot, followed by the Atikrānta (upward movement) to the right.

The Udvṛtta movement should be performed with the right foot, followed by the Alāta and then the Vāmaka (left movement). The Pārśvakrānta (sideward movement) should be performed again to the left, and the Sūcīvāmaka (needle-like movement to the left) should follow.
The Vikṣepa (displacement) should be performed with the right foot, followed by the Apakrānta (sideward movement) with the left foot. The external Bhramaraka (bee-like) movement should also be combined with the Vikṣepa.

This should be understood as part of the exercise (Vyāyāma), where the Vichitra Maṇḍala is created. First, perform the upward (Urdhvajānu) movement and then use the Sūcī (needle-like movement).
