[वासु] उपपन्नम इदं वाक्यं सॊमकानां धुरं धुरे अर्थसिद्धि करं राज्ञः पाण्डवस्य महौजसः ।। ५-५-१ ।।

sanskrit

‘Krishna said: "These measures are well-suited to the chief of the Somakas and are certain to advance the cause of Pandu’s son, whose strength knows no bounds."’ ।। 5-5-1 ।।

english translation

[vAsu] upapannama idaM vAkyaM sòmakAnAM dhuraM dhure arthasiddhi karaM rAjJaH pANDavasya mahaujasaH || 5-5-1 ||
