न कषंस्यन्ते तथास्माभिर जातु विप्रकृता हि ते दरौपद्याश च परिक्लेशं कस तेषां कषन्तुम अर्हति ॥ २-६६-१६ ॥
'Thus harassed by us, they are unable to forgive the injuries we have inflicted upon them. Who is there among them that will forgive that insult to Draupadi?' ॥ 2-66-16 ॥
english translation
na kaSaMsyante tathAsmAbhira jAtu viprakRtA hi te daraupadyAza ca pariklezaM kasa teSAM kaSantuma arhati ॥ 2-66-16 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपुनर दीव्याम भद्रं ते वनवासाय पाण्डवैः एवम एतान वशे कर्तुं शक्ष्यामॊ भरतर्षभ ॥ २-६६-१७ ॥
'Blessed be you. We will once again engage in a game of chance with the sons of Pandu to send them into exile. O foremost of men, we are fully capable of bringing them under our control in this manner.' ॥ 2-66-17 ॥

punara dIvyAma bhadraM te vanavAsAya pANDavaiH evama etAna vaze kartuM zakSyAmò bharatarSabha ॥ 2-66-17 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptते वा दवादश वर्षाणि वयं वा दयूतनिर्जिताः परविशेम महारण्यम अजिनैः परतिवासिताः ॥ २-६६-१८ ॥
'Clad in deerskins, either we or they, if defeated in the game of dice, shall go to the forest for twelve years.' ॥ 2-66-18 ॥

te vA davAdaza varSANi vayaM vA dayUtanirjitAH paravizema mahAraNyama ajinaiH parativAsitAH ॥ 2-66-18 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतरयॊदशं च सजने अज्ञाताः परिवत्सरम जञाताश च पुनर अन्यानि वने वर्षाणि दवादश ॥ २-६६-१९ ॥
'The thirteenth year must be spent in an inhabited land, incognito. If recognized, we shall face another twelve years of exile.' ॥ 2-66-19 ॥

tarayòdazaM ca sajane ajJAtAH parivatsarama jaJAtAza ca punara anyAni vane varSANi davAdaza ॥ 2-66-19 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनिवसेम वयं ते वा तथा दयूतं परवर्तताम अक्षान उप्त्वा पुनर्द्यूतम इदं दीव्यन्तु पाण्डवाः ॥ २-६६-२० ॥
'Either we or they shall live in this manner. Let the game commence; let the sons of Pandu play once more with the dice.' ॥ 2-66-20 ॥

nivasema vayaM te vA tathA dayUtaM paravartatAma akSAna uptvA punardyUtama idaM dIvyantu pANDavAH ॥ 2-66-20 ॥
