[व] इत्य उक्तॊ भरतश्रेष्ठॊ धर्मराजॊ युधिष्ठिरः कृत्वार्य समयं सर्वं परतस्थे भरातृभिः सह ।। २-६५-१६ ।।

sanskrit

'Vaisampayana continued: "King Yudhishthira, the just and foremost of the Bharatas, having been thus addressed by his uncle and completed all the ceremonies of respect, departed with his brothers for Khandavaprastha."' ।। 2-65-16 ।।

english translation

[va] itya uktò bharatazreSThò dharmarAjò yudhiSThiraH kRtvArya samayaM sarvaM paratasthe bharAtRbhiH saha || 2-65-16 ||

ते रथान मेघसंकाशान आस्थाय सह कृष्णया परययुर हृष्टमनस इन्द्रप्रस्थं पुरॊत्तमम ।। २-६५-१७ ।।

'Accompanied by Draupadi and ascending their cloud-colored chariots, they set out with cheerful hearts for the renowned city of Indraprastha.' ।। 2-65-17 ।।

english translation

te rathAna meghasaMkAzAna AsthAya saha kRSNayA parayayura hRSTamanasa indraprasthaM puròttamama || 2-65-17 ||
