'Vaiśampāyana continued, "When these words were spoken, the vile Shakuni, driven by enmity, said to Yudhishthira, 'Behold, I have won it.'"' ।। 2-54-27 ।।
'Yudhishthira said, "I have four hundred treasures encased in copper and iron, each equivalent to five draunikas of the finest and purest Jatarupa gold. This is the wealth I stake against you, O King!"' ।। 2-54-28 ।।
'Vaiśampāyana continued, "Hearing this, Shakuni, prepared with the dice and employing deceitful tactics, said to Yudhishthira, 'Behold, I have won it!'"' ।। 2-54-29 ।।
