[द] आर्यास तु ये वै राजानः सत्यसंधा महाव्रताः पर्याप्तविद्या वक्तारॊ वेदान्तावभृथाप्लुताः ।। २-४९-१ ।।

sanskrit

'Duryodhana said: “Those kings who are revered throughout the world, devoted to truth, and committed to rigorous vows, who are deeply learned and eloquent, well-versed in the Vedas and their branches, and skilled in the performance of sacrifices.' ।। 2-49-1 ।।

[da] AryAsa tu ye vai rAjAnaH satyasaMdhA mahAvratAH paryAptavidyA vaktArò vedAntAvabhRthAplutAH || 2-49-1 ||
