कृतां बिन्दुसरॊ रत्नैर मयेन सफाटिकच छदाम अपश्यं नलिनीं पूर्णाम उदकस्येव भारत ॥ २-४६-२६ ॥
'Bringing jewels from Lake Vindu, the Asura architect Maya constructed a surface of crystal that resembled a lake for the Pandavas. Seeing the artificial lotuses with which it was adorned, I mistook it for a real lotus-filled lake.' ॥ 2-46-26 ॥
english translation
kRtAM bindusarò ratnaira mayena saphATikaca chadAma apazyaM nalinIM pUrNAma udakasyeva bhArata ॥ 2-46-26 ॥
