अहं च सह सॊदर्यैः सौमदत्तिश च वीर्यवान एतैस तवं सहितः सर्वैर जय कृत्स्नां वसुंधराम ॥ २-४४-११ ॥
'I, along with my brothers, and the valiant Saumadatti, are also your allies. United with all these, you shall conquer the entire earth.' ॥ 2-44-11 ॥
english translation
ahaM ca saha sòdaryaiH saumadattiza ca vIryavAna etaisa tavaM sahitaH sarvaira jaya kRtsnAM vasuMdharAma ॥ 2-44-11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript[द] तवया च सहितॊ राजन्न एतैश चान्यैर महारथैः एतान एव विजेष्यामि यदि तवम अनुमन्यसे ॥ २-४४-१२ ॥
'Duryodhana said, 'O king, with your support and that of these great warriors, I shall subjugate the Pandavas, if it pleases you.' ॥ 2-44-12 ॥

[da] tavayA ca sahitò rAjanna etaiza cAnyaira mahArathaiH etAna eva vijeSyAmi yadi tavama anumanyase ॥ 2-44-12 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएतेषु विजितेष्व अद्य भविष्यति मही मम सर्वे च पृथिवीपालाः सभा सा च महाधना ॥ २-४४-१३ ॥
'By subjugating them, I shall gain control over the world, along with all the monarchs and that splendid assembly house brimming with wealth.' ॥ 2-44-13 ॥

eteSu vijiteSva adya bhaviSyati mahI mama sarve ca pRthivIpAlAH sabhA sA ca mahAdhanA ॥ 2-44-13 ॥

'Sakuni replied, "Dhananjaya and Vasudeva, Bhimasena and Yudhishthira, Nakula and Sahadeva, and Drupada with his sons.' ॥ 2-44-14 ॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptनैते युधि बलाज जेतुं शक्याः सुरगणैर अपि महारथा महेष्वासाः कृतास्त्रा युद्धदुर्मदाः ॥ २-४४-१५ ॥
'These warriors cannot be vanquished in battle, not even by the celestials. They are all mighty warriors, skilled in the use of large bows, accomplished in weapons, and they delight in battle.' ॥ 2-44-15 ॥

naite yudhi balAja jetuM zakyAH suragaNaira api mahArathA maheSvAsAH kRtAstrA yuddhadurmadAH ॥ 2-44-15 ॥
