'Then, O monarch, the grand sacrifice of the Kuru king, full of energy and blessed with every prosperity, became extraordinarily splendid and delightful to all.' ।। 2-42-32 ।।
'It began auspiciously, with all obstacles removed, and was abundantly provided with wealth, grains, rice, and every kind of food. Kesava oversaw the entire event meticulously.' ।। 2-42-33 ।।
समापयाम आस च तं राजसूयं महाक्रतुम तं तु यज्ञं महाबाहुर आ समाप्तेर जनार्दनः ररक्ष भगवाञ शौरिः शार्ङ्गचक्रगदाधरः ।। २-४२-३४ ।।
'In due time, Yudhishthira completed the great Rajasuya sacrifice. The mighty-armed Janardana, the exalted Sauri, with his bow Saranga and his discus and mace, safeguarded the sacrifice until its conclusion.' ।। 2-42-34 ।।
