उल्मुकॊ निशठश चैव वीरः पराद्युम्निर एव च वृष्णयॊ निखिलेनान्ये समाजग्मुर महारथाः ॥ २-३१-१६ ॥

'Uluka, Nishatha, and the valiant Pradyumna; all the Vrishnis and other great warriors came together in full force.' ॥ 2-31-16 ॥

एते चान्ये च बहवॊ राजानॊ मध्यदेशजाः आजग्मुः पाण्डुपुत्रस्य राजसूयं महाक्रतुम ॥ २-३१-१७ ॥

'These and many other kings from the middle country came, O monarch, to that great Rajasuya sacrifice of the son of Pandu.' ॥ 2-31-17 ॥

ददुस तेषाम आवसथान धर्मराजस्य शासनात बहु कक्ष्यान्वितान राजन दीर्घिका वृक्षशॊभितान ॥ २-३१-१८ ॥

'And, O king, by the command of the just King Yudhishthira, mansions were allotted to all those monarchs. These were filled with a variety of edibles and adorned with tanks and towering trees.' ॥ 2-31-18 ॥

तथा धर्मात्मजस तेषां चक्रे पूजाम अनुत्तमाम सत्कृताश च यथॊद्दिष्टाञ जग्मुर आवसथान नृपाः ॥ २-३१-१९ ॥

'And the son of Dharma honored all those illustrious monarchs as they deserved. After being worshipped by the king, they retired to their assigned mansions.' ॥ 2-31-19 ॥

कैलासशिखरप्रख्यान मनॊज्ञान दरव्यभूषितान सर्वतः संवृतान उच्चैः पराकारैः सुकृतैः सितैः ॥ २-३१-२० ॥

'The mansions were white and lofty, resembling the cliffs of Kailasa, and were a pleasure to behold. Each was adorned with every kind of furniture. They were enclosed on all sides by well-constructed, high, whitewashed walls.' ॥ 2-31-20 ॥
