भवान पितृसखा चैव परीयमाणॊ मयापि च ततॊ नाज्ञापयामि तवां परीतिपूर्वं परदीयताम ॥ २-२३-२५ ॥
'You are a friend of my father and cherished by me as well. Therefore, I do not command you but ask you with affection to grant it.' ॥ 2-23-25 ॥

bhavAna pitRsakhA caiva parIyamANò mayApi ca tatò nAjJApayAmi tavAM parItipUrvaM paradIyatAma ॥ 2-23-25 ॥
