'Upon that excellent chariot was a flagstaff, seemingly unsupported, crafted by celestial artistry. The splendid flagstaff, shining like a rainbow, could be seen from a distance of a yojana.' ।। 2-22-21 ।।
चिन्तयाम आस कृष्णॊ ऽथ गरुत्मन्तं स चाभ्ययात कषणे तस्मिन स तेनासीच चैत्ययूप इवॊच्छ्रितः ।। २-२२-२२ ।।
'As Krishna emerged, his thoughts turned to Garuda. Responding to his master's call, Garuda swiftly arrived, resembling a towering tree revered by all in a village.' ।। 2-22-22 ।।
'With wide-open mouths and great roars, along with beings on the flag-staffs, He stood on that excellent chariot, like Garuda, the serpent-eater.' ।। 2-22-23 ।।
'Thus, that best of chariots shone even more brilliantly, its splendor so intense that it was as unbearable to behold as the midday sun surrounded by a thousand rays.' ।। 2-22-24 ।।
न स सज्जति वृक्षेषु शस्त्रैश चापि न रिष्यते दिव्यॊ धवजवरॊ राजन दृश्यते देव मानुषैः ।। २-२२-२५ ।।
'O king, such was the best of celestial flagstaffs that it never collided with trees nor could any weapon harm it, visible as it was to human eyes.' ।। 2-22-25 ।।
