शक्र विष्णू हि संग्रामे चेरतुस तारका मये रथेन तेन तं कृष्ण उपारुह्य ययौ तदा ।। २-२२-१६ ।।

sanskrit

'It was on this chariot that Indra and Vishnu had once fought in the ancient battle against the Asuras, where Taraka, the wife of Vrihaspati, became the cause of great slaughter. And riding upon that car Krishna now came out of the hill-fort.' ।। 2-22-16 ।।

english translation

zakra viSNU hi saMgrAme ceratusa tArakA maye rathena tena taM kRSNa upAruhya yayau tadA || 2-22-16 ||
