तवं तु हेतून अतीत्यैतान कामक्रॊधौ वयतीत्य च परमं नः कषमं लॊके यथावद वक्तुम अर्हसि ॥ २-१२-४० ॥
'However, O Krishna, you transcend these motivations. You have conquered both desire and anger. It is fitting for you to advise me on what is most beneficial for the world.' ॥ 2-12-40 ॥
