सामर्थ्य यॊगं संप्रेक्ष्य देशकालौ वययागमौ विमृश्य सम्यक च धिया कुर्वन पराज्ञॊ न सीदति ॥ २-१२-२३ ॥

'The king, possessing great wisdom and a disciplined mind, driven by the desire to benefit the world, reconsidered the issue, contemplating his own capabilities, resources, the current circumstances, and his financial situation.' ॥ 2-12-23 ॥

sAmarthya yògaM saMprekSya dezakAlau vayayAgamau vimRzya samyaka ca dhiyA kurvana parAjJò na sIdati ॥ 2-12-23 ॥
