जिस प्रकार दण्ड देने में समर्थ राजा की सत्ता जानकर दूरस्थ प्रजा भी राज्य की मर्यादाओं का अतिक्रमण नहीं करती, उसी प्रकार कामशास्त्र को न जानने वाले व्यक्ति भी इसकी मर्यादाओं का पालन करते हैं॥ १० ॥
