तत्रायं प्रयोगाः – नकुलहृदयं चोरकतुम्बीफलानि सर्पाक्षीणि चान्तर्धूमेन पचेत्। ततोऽज्जनेन समभागेन पेषयेत् । अनेनाभ्यक्तनयनो नष्टच्छायारूपचरति । अन्यैश्च जलब्रह्मक्षेमशिरः प्रणीतैर्बाह्यपानकैर्वा ॥ २५ ॥

पुटापुट योग- पुटपुट योग यह है-नकुल का हृदय चोरक तुम्बी के फल, सर्प की आँखें इन तीनों वस्तुओं को पुटपाक विधि से अग्नि पर पका लिया जाये। इनके बराबर अंजन मिलाकर पीस लिया जाये इस अंजन को आँखों में लगाते ही रूप और छाया-दोनों ही तिरोहित हो जाते हैं अर्थात् न रूप किसी को दिखायी देता है और न छाया हो। इनके अतिरिक्त जलग्रहा, क्षेमशिर प्रणीत बाह्यपानक भी है॥ २५ ॥
