कारणात् संस्पर्शनं सहते नावबुध्यते नाम द्विधाभूतमानसा सातत्येन क्षान्त्या वा साध्या ॥ १० ॥
If, for some reason, he touches her and she allows him to do so without paying attention to it, it must be understood that she is divided between refusing and consenting.
english translation
अङ्गस्पर्श से साध्य – जो स्त्री किसी कारणवश अङ्गस्पर्श को इस प्रकार सहती हो मानो कुछ जानती ही न हो, दुविधा में फँसी हुई ऐसी स्त्री को निरन्तर स्पर्श (आलिङ्गन आदि) से सिद्ध किया जा सकता है ॥ १० ॥
