एकाकी को दूषित कर प्राप्त करना सोती हुई, अकेली जाती हुई या सखी को अलग कर एकाकी बनायी हुई नायिका को चेतनाशून्य कर, तदुपरान्त सम्भोग द्वारा उसे दूषित कर, पूर्ववत् विवाह करना भी पैशाच विवाह है ॥ २६ ॥
