दोषकरो व्ययसंस्थे बहुव्ययार्त्तोसुखी दिनेशसुते। क्षेत्राधिपयुतभावे पुष्टफलं पापसौम्ययोस्तुल्यम्॥४६॥
When Saturn is posited in the 12th house, the person born will impute faults to others, will spend much beyond means, and be miserable. When Saturn occupies a house along with its lord, the effect of the Bhava will be full and will be in proportion to the nature—good or bad—of the two planets.

नीचारिभवनसंस्थो ग्रह उक्तं तत्फलं विनाशयति। यत्प्रोक्तं भावफलं लग्नादीनां तथैव चन्द्रर्क्षात्॥४७॥
When a planet occupies his depression or inimical sign, the effect produced from that house will vanish away. Whatever effects have been described above as arising out of the Lagna and other bhavas, the same will also hold good for the respective 12 bhavas when reckoned from the house occupied by the Moon.

भावफलं च नराणां वक्तव्यं चन्द्रमूर्त्तिफलम्। एकैकमेकराशौ भावफलं सम्यगेव वक्तव्यम्। द्व्याद्यैरेकर्क्षगतैर्लग्रादिफलं न सम्यगायाति॥४८॥
The effects arising from the bhavas may well be predicted when reckoned from the Chandra Lagna. The Bhavaphala for each and every Rasi so reckoned may be predicted with great accuracy. If two or more planets be posited in a single Rasi, the effects arising from that Bhava counted from the Lagna will be from wide and not be accurate.
