तत्पिण्डभागहारैर्लब्धं स्वदशाफलस्य तस्यैव। पूर्वयुतांशा ग्राह्यास्तस्याश्चान्तर्दशा ग्रहाणां स्युः॥६॥

अन्तर्दशा ग्रहाणां पाकक्रमतो दशाफलं योज्यम्। क्रूरात् क्रूरं पूर्वं सौम्यात् सौम्यं फलं समत्वेऽपि॥७॥
The effects of the Apaharas of the planets will follow in the same order as in the case of the Dasas, and their nature—benefic, malefic, or medium, as the case may be—being more intense than before.

अर्केन्दुशनिगुरूणां पाकेनान्तर्दशाफलं ब्रूयात्। शेषाणां केन्द्राढ्यैर्होराचार्या वदन्त्येवम्॥८॥
From the Dasa-periods of the Sun, the Moon, Saturn and Jupiter, one should be able to read their Antardasa effects; in the case of the rest, through thestrongest posited in the Kendras. So, the Astrologers say.

भानुदशायां चन्द्रः करोति मित्रार्थभोगसंम्पत्तिम्। जलसंश्रयात् प्रमादं पाण्डुग्रहणीयांश्च कष्टदशाम्॥९॥
During the Sun's Dasa, when the Moon's Antardasa is in progress, one will get wealth and enjoyments in the company of friends. If the period be bad, a great risk through resorting to water is apprehended, and he may suffer from jaundice, diarrhoea and consumption.

भानुदशायां भौमः सुवर्णरत्नादिसंचयं कुरुते। ख्यातिप्रतापयुक्तं पित्तविकाराग्निरोगसन्तप्तम्॥१०॥
During the sub-period of Mars in the Sun's Dasa, the person will acquire gold, jewels, etc. He will attain fame and valour. He will suffer from fever, biliousness and the like.
