हस्तौ च जान्वोः संस्थाप्य स्वाङ्गुलीः सम्प्रसार्य च I व्यात्तवक्त्रो निरीक्षेत नासाग्रं सुसमाहितः ॥३-३२॥
The palms are placed on the knees, spreading the fingers and the mouth kept wide open. One fixes the gaze on the tip of the nose.
