ऊर्ध्वं नाभिरधस्तालुरूर्ध्व भानुरधः शशी I करणी विपरीताख्या गुरुवाक्येन लभ्यते ॥२-७४॥
The technique which puts the navel up and palate down, that is, the sun up and the moon down, is called viparitakaraṇi, which can be learnt from a guru.
