क्षयकुष्ठगुदावर्त 'गुल्माजीर्णपुरोगमाः I दोषाः सर्वे क्षयं यान्ति महामुद्रां तु योऽभ्यसेत् ॥२-४१॥
All the ailments like consumption, skin disease, constipation, glandular enlargement, indigestion and many others are cured by the practice of Mahamudra.

महामुद्रा के अभ्यास से सेवन, त्वचा रोग, कब्ज, ग्रंथि वृद्धि, अपच आदि सभी रोग ठीक हो जाते हैं।
