The order of the (gradual) practice, even for the woman, is being narrated by me.

लिंगं कराभ्यामाकुञ्च्य मणिं चान्तः' प्रवेशयेत् I यावन्मणिप्रवेशः स्यात्तावदभ्यासमाचरेत् I ततः परं समर्था चेदूर्ध्वमाकुञ्चयेद्रजः II२-१०७II
She should hold the penis with the hands and insert the glans (penis) in. This should be practised till penetration is perfected. After succeeding in it, one should suck the rajas.

उसे लिंग को हाथों से पकड़ना चाहिए और ग्लान्स (लिंग) को अंदर डालना चाहिए। इसका अभ्यास तब तक करना चाहिए जब तक कि प्रवेश पूर्ण न हो जाए। इसमें सफल होने पर रजस् को चूस लेना चाहिए।

With the practice of vajrolī, success in yoga becomes easy. A woman should not take up the practice of vajrolī, if she is not well-versed in the yogic techniques.

वज्रोलि के अभ्यास से योग में सफलता आसान हो जाती है। यदि कोई महिला योग तकनीकों में पारंगत नहीं है, तो उसे वज्रोली का अभ्यास नहीं करना चाहिए।

अयं योगः पुण्यवतां धन्यानां तत्त्वशालिनाम् I निर्मत्सराणां सिध्येत न तु मत्सरशालिनाम् II२-११०II
Those who are pious, courageous, have gained insight into reality and are free from jealousy, attain success in yoga, but not those who are envious.
