अन्तःस्थं भ्रमरीनादं श्रुत्वा तत्र मनो नयेत् । समाधिर्जायते तत्र आनन्दः सोऽहमित्यतः ॥७-१०॥

In this way, by listening to that naad (sound) happening inside the body and concentrating one's mind there, the seeker attains samadhi and attains the feeling of 'Wherever there is joy, there is I' ('Soham'). This is called Nadyoga Samadhi.
