न मृत्युतो भयं तस्य न जरा तस्य विद्यते । गोपनीय: प्रयत्नेन वेधायं योगिपुङ्गवै: ॥३-२४॥

जिसे न तो कभी बुढ़ापा सताता है और न ही वह कभी मृत्यु से भयभीत होता है । तभी सभी श्रेष्ठ योगियों ने महावेध मुद्रा की विधि को प्रयत्नपूर्वक गोपनीय रखने की बात कही है ।
