इसके बाद मैं जिह्वा ( जीभ ) को लम्बी करने वाली, बुढ़ापा, मृत्यु, सभी रोगों को नष्ट करने वाली व जिह्वा को शुद्ध करने वाले कारण अर्थात् विधि का वर्णन करूँगा ।
