कोकिलानां स्वरो रूपं स्त्रीणां रूपं पतिव्रतम्। विद्या रूपं कुरूपाणां क्षमा रूपं तपस्विनाम्॥९II

The beauty of the cuckoo lies in its singing. The beauty of a woman is her devotion to her husband. The beauty of the ugly lies in his knowledge and the beauty of the ascetic lies in his forgiveness.

कोयल की सुन्दरता उसके गायन मे है। स्त्री की सुन्दरता पतिव्रत है। कुरूप की सुन्दरता उसके ज्ञान में है तथा तपस्वी की सुन्दरता उसकी क्षमाशीलता में है ।
