वापीकूपतडागानामारामसुरवेश्मनाम् । उच्छेदने निराशङ्कः स विप्रो म्लेच्छ उच्यते ॥१६II
A Brahmin who destroys a stepwell, a well, a pond, a garden or a temple is a Mlechchha.

देवद्रव्यं गुरुद्रव्यं परदाराभिमर्शनम् । निर्वाहः सर्वभूतेषु विप्रश्चाण्डाल उच्यते ॥१७II
The one who loses the wealth of a deity and the wealth of a Guru, but has intercourse with a woman and subsists on the wealth of all living beings, is called a Brahmin Chandal.

देवता का द्रव्य और गुरु का द्रव्य जो हरता है, पर स्त्री से प्रसंग करता है तथा सब प्राणियों के धन से निर्वाह कर लेता है, वह ब्राह्मण चांडाल कहलाता है।

देयं भोज्यधनं धनं सुकृतिभिर्नो सञ्चयस्तस्य वै श्रीकर्णस्य बलेश्च विक्रमपतेरद्यापि कीर्तिः स्थिता । अस्माकं मधुदानभोगरहितं नष्टं चिरात्सञ्चितं निर्वाणादिति नैजपादयुगलं धर्षन्त्यहो मक्षिकाः ॥१८II
A virtuous person should donate whatever is in excess of his needs. It is only because of donations that the fame of Karna, Bali and King Vikramaditya exists till today. The honey of bees gets destroyed due to excessive accumulation without the benefit of charity and due to the destruction of honey, they rub both the feet. Or rubs both hands.

एक गुणवान व्यक्ति को वह सब कुछ दान में देना चाहिए जो उसकी आवश्यकता से अधिक है। केवल दान के कारण ही कर्ण, बाली और राजा विक्रमादित्य कीर्ति आज तक विद्यमान है। दान भोग से रहित अत्यधिक संचय के कारण मधुमखियों का मधु नष्ट हो जाता है और वे मधु का नाश होने के कारण ही दोनों पांवों को घिसा करती हैं। या दोनों हाथ मला करती हैं।
