[Premonitory symptoms of exogenous unmada] The premonitory symptoms of exogenous unmada are as follows: 1. Desire for inflicting injury upon the gods, cows, brahmins and ascetics; 2. Anger; 3. Desire for inflicting cruel acts, torture, etc. on living beings 4. Restlessness 5. Impairment of ojas, colour, complexion and physical strength 6. Abuse and incitement of the gods etc. in dreams. unmada manifests soon after the occurrence of these premonitory symptoms.
