घृतभृष्टान् रसे च्छागे रोहितान् फलसारिके। अनुपीतरसान् स्निग्धानपत्यार्थी प्रयोजयेत् ॥१८॥
One, who is desirous of progeny, should take the rohita fish, fried in ghee and mixed with the soup of meat of goat and the juice of fruits. After that unctuous soup should be taken by the person.

कुट्टकं [१] मत्स्यमांसानां हिङ्गुसैन्धवधान्यकैः। युक्तं गोधूमचूर्णेन घृते पूपलिकाः पचेत् ॥१९॥
[Vrishya Pupalika] Paste of flesh of fish mixed with hingu, saindhava, dhanyaka and wheat flour should be cooked in ghee to prepare the pupalika.
