कुट्टकं [१] मत्स्यमांसानां हिङ्गुसैन्धवधान्यकैः। युक्तं गोधूमचूर्णेन घृते पूपलिकाः पचेत् ॥१९॥

॥ Vrishya Pupalika॥ Paste of flesh of fish mixed with hingu, saindhava, dhanyaka and wheat flour should be cooked in ghee to prepare the pupalika.
