अत्रारोहेद्द्रविडऽभीराम्बष्ठ त्रिगर्तसौराष्ट्रान् । नाशयन्ति सिन्धुसौवीरकांश्च काशिईश्वरस्य वधः ॥ ९-१९ ॥

If Venus who so reappears in the said maṇḍala should be crossed by a planet, the Ābhīras, the Draviḍas, the Ambaṣṭhas, the Trigartas, the Saurāṣṭras, the people of Sindh and of Sauvīraka and the ruler of Benares will perish.

english translation

atrAroheddraviDa'bhIrAmbaSTha trigartasaurASTrAn । nAzayanti sindhusauvIrakAMzca kAziIzvarasya vadhaH ॥ 9-19 ॥
