ग्रामस्य मध्ये यदि वा पुरस्य भषन्ति संहत्य मुहुर्मुहुर्ये । ते क्लेशं आख्यान्ति तदीश्वरस्य श्वाअरण्यसंस्थो मृगवद्विचिन्त्यः ॥ ८९-१८ ॥
If dogs be frequently seen to crowd and bark together in the middle of towns and villages, the head-man will suffer miseries; a wild dog shall be treated simply as a wild beast.
