परतो वित्तविनाशो मित्रैः सह विग्रहश्च विज्ञेयः । तस्यऽसन्ने अश्ववधो भयं अपि च पुरोधसः प्रोक्तम् ॥ ८७-३८ ॥
If the omen be the cry of a creature in the 23rd malefic quarter, there will be destruction of wealth and a quarrel with friends; if in the 24th malefic quarter, horses will be killed and priests will suffer.
